Plastic bottle molding operation

The raw resin is heated and melted to produce a test tube-like object called a preform, which is inserted into a mold and then stretched vertically while pressurized air is blown into it to form the PET bottle.

Tea extraction process

The tea is brewed in the same way as you brew tea at home using a kyusu (Japanese teapot), using special equipment, and is extracted using a process that preserves the original flavor of the tea.

Filling and packaging

Filling molded PET bottles with the contents (tea or water). Filling and capping are performed under aseptic conditions in fully automated facilities.

Inspection

Finished products are inspected and confirmed by image inspection machines to deliver safe and secure products to customers.
